2006 World Cup qualifying: Mexico favored by 4 goals

I first thought wtf??? Mexico has 3 players gone due to injuries and 2 players were sent home. Then I read where Mexico beat Dominica 18-0!!!

Mexico plays St. Vincent & Grenadines on Wednesday. St. Vince played a draw with Nicaragua and then beat them later. They also got beat by Trinidad & Tobago and beat St. Kitts & Nevis.

Will this be another replay of the Dominica match or will St. Vince have the talent to keep it withing 4 of powerhouse Mexico?

i dont know if id take mexico -4 but i sure as hell wouldnt take a caribbean team thats not jamaica or trinidad against mexico..

These 2 teams meet again on Sunday. It will be interesting to see what the line is for that game.

some good WC qualifiers this weekend. Do any of these favorites have a chance at losing or drawing their matches? Some of the #'s seem kinda low....

England -250 v. Wales
Spain -270 v. Belgium
Malta v. Iceland -303
Macedonia v. Holland -357

El Salvador v. USA -175

I would hesitate a little more of course with the last one as El Salvador could be a hostile environment to play in, but I think all of the favorites listed above are by far the better sides. A parlay with the 4 euro faves returns about 2-1, so I was considering that + a straight play on the US. Any dissenting opinions?
